36 Traditional Roman Catholic Hymns in EASY ARRANGEMENT FOR PIANO---- a collection of these hymns designed for use by the elementary level pianist.  Perfect hymns to play when using Alan Jemison's Beginning at the Piano Book 2.  The student plays with two hands but not yet simultaneously.  There are no eighth notes.  It now comes with a cd used to demonstrate the music and/or for play-along.  I know how much it helps my young musicians to hear the way the music is supposed to sound--melody, rhythm, and tempo.  Note:  This recording has NO vocals.

36 Traditional Roman Catholic Hymns for VOICE and PIANO---a voice line with a modest but complete piano part (two hands simultaneous, no eighth notes).  It also CONTAINS THE TEXT FOR MANY ADDITIONAL VERSES PLUS BACKGROUND ON THE MUSIC AND THE AUTHORS.  The accompanying cd is a recording of the sung vocal part accompanied by piano.  The book and cd may be used for singing and/or playing, or, of course, for only listening.  Note: This is the same cd recorded by Carol Ireland as seen in the first description.
